The fact remains that, as far as human existence as a mortal being is concern, every human is subject to stages in life. The growing process from childhood to the old age. With this global truth, I have come to realization that, certain elderly people are not in the habit of undertaking exercise as important in their later life. With this article, it will be a necessary tool that will enlighten, guide and encourage older people who are not in the habit of exercising to see the need of keeping fit in old age. This will take care of the questions a lot of people do asked pertaining to old age. What is old age? When is old age? How can I keep fit when I am old?
WHAT IS OLD AGE?
According to Wikipedia definition, Old age refers to ages nearing or surpassing the life expectancy of human beings, and is thus the end of the human life cycle. Terms and euphemisms include old people, the elderly, Seniors, Senior Citizens, Older adults, and the Elders. Old people often have limited regenerative abilities and are more susceptible to disease, syndromes, injuries and sickness than younger adults.

We all know that exercise is good for us as human, but some people think that with each passing year they should try to do less and take it easy. It's no surprise that the older people get, the longer they think it takes for a person to reach old age:
- On average, adults between the ages of 30 and 49 think old age begins at 69.
- People who are currently 50-64 believe old age starts at 72.
- Responders who are 65 and older say old age begins at 74. Responses to the question, "when does old age begin?" vary by sex as well as age, with women taking the more generous view. Maybe it's true, as the old saying goes, that you're as young as you feel.

In summary, Aging is inevitable for everyone, but it is possible to keep on smiling through it all. Taking charge of your health and well being will help you to get through the years with confidence and optimism if you follow the tips highlighted below;
